The backland site previously housed a redundant factory & was reached
via a single file track from Tooting High Road. One of the key planning
issues was the provision of adequate access and whether the introduction
of a one way circular route through the site utilizing Price Close, an adjacent
but previously isolated cul-de-sac of small 60's bungalows, would be accepted.
